FROM A DRAWING TO REAL SILVER

Five steps, the same five every time. The master is still carved by hand in wax — that is where the character of a piece is decided.

02Review & quotationWe review the design, materials, stones, and quantity to prepare a quotation.
03SamplingHand-carved in green wax, cast from a rubber mould — so you see and approve the real piece before we commit to production.
04ConfirmationOnce the sample is approved, we confirm size, finish, stones, and packaging.
05ProductionYour order moves into production, with checks at each stage before it's ready.

Every new customer starts on the same terms, from a five-piece first order. No exclusivity clause on your own moulds.

SOLID METAL, NEVER A SHELL

We cast in sterling silver 925 or solid brass — chosen per piece, always labeled clearly. Either way, it's solid through the body. Plating, oxidation, polish — those are finishes applied to it, never a substitute for it.

How an order actually runs

No shipping jargon. You collect the parcel yourself, arrange your own courier, or we help — and you see photographs of the finished pieces before the balance is due.

PhotosApprovalWe photograph the finished pieces so you can check them before they ship.
70%BalanceSettled once you have approved, then the order is dispatched.
At your end
Duties & customs are the customer's responsibilityImport duty and customs clearance in your country are the customer's responsibility. We'll provide whatever documentation you need for it.
